Refund policy

Return/Damage/Refund Policy:

Heirloom Art Studio MUST be contacted WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS of the date an order was shipped to discuss any returns or damage. CONTACT US HERE with the Invoice number, item(s) description, and description of the problem. 

If damage to item(s) has occurred we require photographs of the item damage and the shipping materials for proof of any shipper damage.


Heirloom Art Studio accepts returned items for refund that are in RESALABLE CONDITION ONLY (unless items were damaged by the shipper) and offers refunds or replacements ONLY on goods that are pre-approved and returned to Heirloom Art Studio in 100% resalable condition. 

For return or exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping, however, Heirloom Art Studio will pay the shipping cost to send identical replacement orders.  Additional shipping charges may apply on replacement orders of different merchandise.

Due to the increase in shipping costs, we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
Refunds are NOT issued on returned discontinued items.

There are no re-stocking fees on items returned in 100% resaleable condition.
