Shipping Policy

All products ship via the United States Postal Service or UPS as indicated by the customers choice of shipping methods.  Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of services and and offerings to your specific location.

Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight and dimensions of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location.  All shipping costs are determined by the shipper and NOT by Heirloom Art Studio. 

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. You may, however, refuse the package and, upon its return, we will credit you for the merchandise if all products are in 100% resalable condition.  Once your order is received, inspected, and placed back into stock, a refund will be applied however, shipping fees and any return shipping costs will apply and will not be refunded.
