Payment Methods
All credit card payments are processed through Paypal or via Shopify Payment.
Sales Tax
Heirloom Art Studio is required to charge 7% sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Indiana. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other duties or taxes) on orders shipped to any other location.
At this time, Heirloom Art Studio ships ONLY to states within the Continental United States.
Backorder Policy
All stock is current on the website however, customers may contact Heirloom Art Studio at: artist@heirloomartstudio.com to inquire if that product is available for backorder. If so, we will accept and process the order and ship it to you as soon as it is created and/or becomes available.
Return/Damage Policy:
Heirloom Art Studio MUST be contacted WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS of the date an order was shipped to discuss any returns or damage. CONTACT US HERE with the Invoice number, item(s) description, and description of the problem.
If damage to item(s) has occurred we require photographs of the item damage and the shipping materials for proof of any shipper damage.
Heirloom Art Studio accepts returned items that are in RESALABLE CONDITION ONLY (unless items were damaged by the shipper) and offers refunds or replacements ONLY on goods that are pre-approved and returned to Heirloom Art Studio in 100% resalable condition.
For return or exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping, however, Heirloom Art Studio will pay the shipping cost to send identical replacement orders. Additional shipping charges may apply on replacement orders of different merchandise.
Due to the increase in shipping costs, we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
Refunds are NOT issued on returned discontinued items.
There are no re-stocking fees on items returned in 100% resaleable condition.
Price Changes
Prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date but, prices are subject to change without notice. Be sure to return to our website often as we constantly create or bring in new items.
Typographical Errors
Heirloom Art Studio strives for accuracy!! Information on our web site is updated often and will always be the most current information available, however, mistakes happen. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or product information, Heirloom Art Studio reserves the right to cancel any order. Customers will be notified via email or telephone and be given the option to purchase the item(s) at the correct price and/or information or accept a full refund for their order.
National and International Orders
All items sold and distributed by Heirloom Art Studio are legal for sale and distribution. At this time, however, items are shipped ONLY to the Continental United States.
