Miss Madison" Hydroplane Boat racing into the lead on the Ohio River followed closely by the transparent ghostly image of the 1970 Gold Cup Winner, and hometown favourite, "Miss Madison" driven by Madison resident, Jim McCormick. This is the boat that captured hearts in real life and in the movie, "Madison" that told the underdog story of "Miss Madison" taking the win at the Gold Cup races with the backing and support of the city of Madison, Indiana.
While the original, 20"x30" oil on canvas painting has been sold, prints are available in multiple sizes and a portion of all sales are donated to a fundraising effort to restore "Miss Madison" and/or establish a racing museum in Madison, Indiana.
